QuestionCan you replace the hinges on my chrome book? It was dropped and now one side is partially out so the touch screen doesn’t work, and now it powers off and on if not in the right position.Do I need to leave it at the store and if so how long would it take?

QuestionCan you fix the blue screen? Attached the screen print I took. The computer is HP Pavillion, got it from Bestbuy August 2019. Could be a hardware issue? Can it be fixed home service. What is the estimated cost to fix the pc? Thanks.

- Answer Hi Annie! Thanks for your great questions. We can absolutely fix a blue screen whether it's a hardware or software issue. It'll be best fixed in the store's Geek Squad if you have one open near you. It can also be diagnosed and repaired in home as well. If you have Total Tech Support, the work in the store would be covered otherwise in the home, it would be a discounted service likely being $49.99. Without Total Tech Support, it's hard to say without knowing whether you can head in the store or not. We'd recommend giving your local Best Buy a call and seeing if their Geek Squad is open. QuestionI spilled a soft drink on my MSFT Surface Laptop 3, and tried cleaning the keys myself. Long story short, I broke the keys when trying to clean the stickiness underneath (5 total). Can Geek Squad help? Either replacing those keys or the entire keyboard?

QuestionMy computer crashed and now I can't get back into computer. I can't restore, I can't reinstall anything in computer. I installed window 10, 2 months ago and it worked perfect for a few months then it shut down without saving and now blue screen.
