- Answer That can replace. But you have to order the key. When you call them they can even send you a link to order if you give them the computer specs. They are incredibly knowledgeable

- Answer If you have their annual tech account, they will fix your laptop. Having a lot of technical equipment, like TVs, computers, home networks, etc., Having the annual service agreement is well worth the money.

QuestionMy volume button on the side of my laptop isn't allowing me to turn the volume down. Only up even if I press on the volume down part. It's like that part of the button is stuck. Is that able to get repaired?

- Answer I would call the Geek Squad at Best Buy, or take it in for service. They're usually really good at fixing anything that's fixable. They can give you other suggestions if not able to be fixed. Usually very friendly & helpful!
