Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does have a carry handle but it has no way to attach to something as there's no opening in the ring. The black plastic shown at the top of the bottle actually lifts up and can be used for carrying

You can flip up the top ring and you probably could use a carabiner and attach it that way, but the ring is plastic and not structurally strong enough to handle a torsional twist of any kind. I would not recommend it or even consider using it that way myself. I would put the bottle in my back pack in an outside pocket or something.
