Q: QuestionIs this a physical product with a paper manual & a backup disc?

• A:Answer It comes with a disc, plus key codes for 6 other pieces of software that go with it, but you have to download any of those you may want. I installed 5 of those 6, and they install without a hitch. The manual can be downloaded as PDF file from Corel.com and is nearly 600 pages - but easy to understand and well organized. Also, you can download a 30 day[ FULLY WORKING] free trial of PaintShop Pro 2020 from Corel, and view a bunch of tutorial videos on their site. Other pieces of this Ultimate package, like AfterShot Pro 3 can also be downloaded separately as trial versions and you can get a feel of how well these work for you. It's really top notch software.

• A:Answer You never mentioned anything about your computer. Graphics, and video programs are usually pretty power hungry applications. Although minimum requirements are a guide, the better the CPU, graphics, and ram, the less likely you are to experience issues. Best Buy has some remarkably good deals on powerful computers, especially this time of year. May be worth a look.
