- Answer This is just a computer case that holds parts. So by itself, no. Connectivity to your TV will depend on a graphics card that has the correct connections for your TV such as HDMI.

- Answer This is just the case, you will need to buy all of the actual processing and computing components to put inside of the case. You will need the following: -Motherboard with a compatible processor -CPU Cooler -Graphics Card -Memory Cards (recommend no less than 8GB for games these days) -Power Supply (recommend 750watts, and no worse than a Gold rating) - trust me.... -2 additional fans (unless your CPU Cooler has a radiator with fans) -Operating System (software) i.e. Windows If you are newer to building a PC, I recommend using PCPartPicker for compatibilities but don't believe all of their prices. I will also recommend using gpu.userbenchmarks.com for figuring out comparisons of graphics cards.
