- Answer That is a wireless connection issue. If i walk 30 feet into the bathroom they will go silent and the "beeps" alert you before they lose connection completely and shut off.

- Answer Yes they are. I can have them on and talking on the phone and my wife can run the vacuum and the person on the other end does not hear it. Pretty impressive really.

- Answer Yes the headset will work via USB only. Technically speaking it works slightly better over USB according to Corsair.

- Answer I've had these for a week now, and personally love them. Ive always used wired headphones with preset sound profiles like HyperX, but these are truly amazing. The Dolby App makes it easy to tune to your liking, and iCue is necessary for software updates.

QuestionI recently bought a ps5 blu-ray edition console. My xbox (Turtle Beach) is not compatible. I would Love it if this, or another headset would allow me to do the whole gaming thing (with great sound and mic) for both my ps5 and my laptop. Does this do that?

QuestionHi I recenlty bought the Corsair Hs80 mainly for Console. I know sound profiles are not saved. I found on a Corsair youtube channel a video where the technician says sound profiles doesnt but rbg does save on console but I can't manage to. Is it possible?

- Answer I bought mine and after opening them I did an update on firmware. I can manage the sound profiles on my pc and they stick with it when I go to my ps5.

- Answer Make sure that you enable the wireless mode on the headset. Mine had that issue when I first got them connected to my computer. There are tutorials on YouTube that show you how to do that.
