• the pump / CPU unit is completely square, so it can be mounted on the CPU in whatever direction (4 ways) that works best in your system. mine is 180deg

• I have a fairly tight motherboard and the 90 degree connections do not interfere with the RAM, however there's no requirement to keep them on the right side. Can be any direction.

• Actually it doesn't get in the way of memory it seems to work either way.

• I have the Meshify C case and i mounted it with the hoses pointing at my ram slots and it is fine. if mounting up, it looks like it should clear as well
