Hi Ben, This keyboard does not offer mechanical keyboards, it is a membrane keyboard. It does offer a punchier, tactile feel compared to traditional membrane keyboards. -Brian

It's a membrane keyboard, it doesn't have mechanical switches. But it does have a little click to it when typing or gaming if that's what you're looking for. You could probably youtube it to get a sound sample. K65 has mechanical.
