Is this keyboard as good as a mechanical one? null

Nate, This keyboard is just as good as a mechanical keyboard. You won’t have the super loud clicks, but you get very bright LED lights and the sound of the keys is still pretty good.

Not really. But do you need one that is? I had high expectation for a mechanical KB I purchased a few years ago. It was a disappointment. I spent over $100 on it. This is a good KB for general use and some gaming. I wouldn't recommend this if you're a professional gamer and need more precision. However, this board does have some programable keys to use. So, in my opinion, you get a good bang for your buck.

I personally think it is. Its feels just as good and just more quiet. If you like that Clicky feel when pressing down on the keyboards, then obviously you not going want this keyboard. If you dont care as long as it feels good,comfy and responsive then you will like it.

I have had both types and much prefer the feel of this keyboard over the mechanical ones. Typing requires less effort yet has a positive contact feel.

It's just as good with the exception of no backlight.
