You can, but it will run at full speed, and this fan is very loud at full speed. If you need to connect it to an LC_PUMP slot you should probably get a lower RPM fan. I learned this from experience. Also, my fan died around 8 months from being connected to an LC_PUMP slot. Probably since it was running at full speed all of the time.
