“I bought these to use on zoom calls for my job. I finally figured out the settings to hear through the headphones, but I can not for the life of me get the mic to work. It's set as default on my PC and I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting. Help!”

Usually if the headset or mic doesn't work is usually it not considered a default headset. Make sure the sound settings and whichever VOIP software your using are both set to cosair. Discord is famous for mixing it up on you. Usually after most discord updates i have to go back and reset it.

It's for RGBs mostly and their other products, but it has options for the mic and sidetone (so you can hear yourself) adjustments and that might help.
