Dont use the ICUE. It's terribly and poorly designed. It often will have issues with video games and is known to cut out certain sounds as well. The reason is that it amazingly alters your channels literally deleting multiple channels. If these deleted channels are used (Often for high buzz notification sounds.) no sound will go through them. You may not even realize some sounds are being muted right away. Use the generic driver, it's much better.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same model (except in white), and it works just fine with the most updated version of iCue. It's possible that the newer version of the iCue program isn't compatible with your older headset.
