Q: QuestionSo recently my charger just stopped working with barely a month of usage. Not sure what happened. I bought this from Best Buy and I didn't buy the warranty. No other micro-usb charger works on it. Do I just need to buy a whole other charger for this?

Q: QuestionWhen I plug the USB in for the headphones it says that input and output are both my headphones but don't hear anything. I put my Output to headphones to all audio I don't know what im missing.

• A:Answer You probably have the volume from the headset on low try turning them up or down to see if it changes but keep music or something running so you can pinpoint it.

Q: QuestionI bought these to use on zoom calls for my job. I finally figured out the settings to hear through the headphones, but I can not for the life of me get the mic to work. It's set as default on my PC and I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting. Help!

• A:Answer Usually if the headset or mic doesn't work is usually it not considered a default headset. Make sure the sound settings and whichever VOIP software your using are both set to cosair. Discord is famous for mixing it up on you. Usually after most discord updates i have to go back and reset it.

• A:Answer (very late response) yes 7.1 is hardware in the headset its not software base only when it software base (you have to install an app) would that effect 7.1 or any audio quality.

Q: QuestionSince this is Bluetooth and is connected via usb plug, could you use it on an Xbox 1? since the Xbox ones do have 4 USB ports

• A:Answer I don't think this is bluetooth, it's 2.4g wireless USB. Any device that accepts USB headsets should work with these including xbox.
