“Is the inside of the lid of plastic or stainless steel? Other words, when water starts boiling, will the vaports touch the plastic inside? Or it’s all stainless steel on the interior wall of the lid?”

• I did not ask about the inside of the unit , but the lid. It is not clear if the bottom (inside) portion of the lid is plastic or stainless steel and item pictures do not show.
