Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands. Instructions: 1. Apply 2-3 drops of cleaning solution on the exposed tape on top of the cassette. 2. Insert tape into the player as normal. 3. Push “play” and let cassette play until it stops. 4. Take out the tape and store back in included case. Kindest regards,
