QuestionI have a Crosley cd recorder that works great but cuts off recording with a record that is a little over 2:10 minutes! Sure would like to finish these songs!

QuestionI asked this question previously but I am still having an issue. When I try to play a cassette tape, the door will not close...I was previously told "the tape may not be angled right" not sure what that means since it is still happening...please help!

- Answer We had the same issue. Intuition would tell you to put the cassette straight in. However, we found facing the tape toward the back at an upward angle appears to work.

QuestionI have a CR79 and I can’t get the CD to work. When I hit Play I see a bunch of dashes and the word flat but no sound. Thank you!

- Answer Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands. We recommend a factory reset, which is unplugging it for about an hour and then trying again. Keep in mind the CR79 is a discontinued unit that we no longer repair. Kindest regards,

QuestionSo, why humming speakers when cd on? Need to turn volume up to block it out! Not good ! Bluetooth not hooked up yet so not that!

- Answer Thank you for contacting Crosley Brands. This item does have RCA outputs on the back so you can hook up other speakers as long as they are self powered and hook up via RCA. Only one type of speakers comes with this unit. Kindest regards,
