Perception is the cooker blow up a lot. How safe it is ? null

That perception of danger likely comes from the old stove top pressure cookers. My mom was a great cook, but knew only one burner setting - 100% wide open. So our stove top pressure cooker would be hissing, venting clouds of steam, rattling, seemingly ready to blow up. By contrast, modern automatic pressure cookers use only the heat needed to reach and maintain temperature and pressure, and they vent very little steam. Additionally, the Cuisinart Instruction Booklet lists seven safety features which provide several independent safety redundancies. These include features that limit temperature and pressure in the cooker.

Super safe. Have had zero problems. It has an auto-off when it gets low on water.

There are so many safety measures in place. You can't possibly get the lid off until the pressure is released, I use mine nearly every day for 3 1/2 years now.

It's very safe-just follow the directions. Simple as that.

Not totally sure what you are asking, but I'll take a shot in the dark. The cooker will NOT unlock until the pressure is released. No steam will blow out the sides of the lid while it is cooking. We have not felt any concern with safety while using the cooker or being around it while it is cooking.
