you can air fry 2 rib eyes in basket. look up instructions online based on your preferred done-ness. you flip the meat half way through. it doesn't get that charred but I will say, the meat is perfectly cooked to the same level of done-ness all the way through on the entire steak! I pop mine on the George forman grill after for some grill marks if I wanna get fancy.
