How easy is this to clean? null

this unit is hard to clean, especially the top of the inside of the oven, where the fan is. I have texted Cuisinart and have not heard back from them. scrubbed the inside and had to put it on floor so I could reach the sides and bottom, still can't get top of inside the oven clean.
