• A:Answer There's only about 1 1/2 inches between the two rack grooves. Not a lot of space between them for cooking if you were to get a second rack -- maybe cookies? With the rack in the bottom groove, you've got about 4 1/2" to the 'ceiling.' Using the basket rack that comes with the oven, you'll add another inch of room. (13"w x 12"d for the oven cavity) Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Keep in mind anything that says "non stick" has Teflon somewhere in there. I spent many hours looking for a toaster oven that did not have a Non Stick coating inside and found GE's Calrod oven which is stainless steel inside and out. We just cooked a frozen 12" DiGiorno pizza and it fit perfectly on the rack lined with foil. We have parrots so finding one without the non stick coating on inside was a many hours search. This one lives up to its description and I highly recommend.
