QuestionCan someone attached a photo of a top view? I would like to know how easy it is to increase speeds with this? is it a button you press or a slider? Also does your hand press the button my mistake while in use?

- Answer don't have a picture, but it's a button to increase speeds and I haven't had any problem pressing it by mistake. Easy to use and adjust speeds. Also when you turn it off the speed goes back to the slowest.

QuestionI recently bought this mixer. When first starting on speed 1 there is not a slow start but fast start which last a second or 2 and ingredients splatter on the sides. Why does my slow start not work?
