A:AnswerThe toaster will accommodate a slice about 5" x 5". I just tried a slice of rye we have and that's how it measures out and that slice fits but loaves can vary quite a bit. We frequently get the Turano Italian bread loaves and with those we have to frequently either flip or cut in half for the wider slices in the middle.

You get the bread to go down by simply pressing the button that says “Toast” or “Bagel”
