QuestionCan i charge a car battery? And would it be possible to run tv and a Xbox one at the same time (Not while charging car battery)

- Answer Hello Tuna, This device will not charge a car battery. Running off the cigar outlet, the unit can provide 150 watts of continuous power. Running off of the car battery can provide 400 watts of continuous power. The unit can safely power equipment as long as it does not exceed those 2 limits. Thank you for submitting your question!

QuestionHow much backup power does it hold?? As in how many hours of use age can you get without it hooked up? Or does it have to be hooked to your car battery the whole time you use it? If it does, will it kill my Jeep if it’s not running?? Thank you

- Answer The CPS480TG2UB is a power inverter, not a back up device so it would not be able to provide power without being hooked up to a battery. It does use battery power so if the alternator is not charging the battery, the battery can become depleted. Thank you for submitting your questions!

- Answer It would be best in practice to determine the amount of power that is drawn from the setup. The Power Trip 480 Power inverter is able to provide 200 watts of continuous power on the cigar outlet and 400 watts of continuous power off of a car battery. Thank you for submitting your question!
