It did the same to me. After the next day it went to normal fast speeds . Did everything work better the following day? I’m thinking it was using internet to set up the pc

Yes, it’s horrendous! We ended up getting a separate WiFi card connected by USB, and it works great. It’s a decent PC overall, but they cheaped out on the peripherals for sure. The WiFi adapter we got is this one: TP-Link AC1900 USB WiFi Adapter for PC(Archer T9UH).
