“I see that the case has RGB lighting. But in all the pictures, all of the fans stay a constant red color. Are they locked to that color, or can they change along with the case lights? Additionally, is the keyboard also RGB?”

The fans are locked to the red color. The keyboard is RGB. There is a button right on it to adjust it's color.
