“Is this Plug and play ready? Would the BIOS or the GTX 1060 already be updated to the latest version or do I have to do it myself once I boot up the pc for the first time?”

The PC is plug and play ready there is no need to upgrade the BIOS, however, due to the frequency of updates you may have to update the video card drivers.
