research complaints on this issue on google. upon researching issue we has with our system I seen several complaints about this issue. people saying they have waited months for CyberpowerPC to send it to them. by the time they do the return window is closed with best buy. If you can return and get a replacement i would. it would be faster. Hope you have better luck with your system than most have.
