  • QuestionWe bought this for Christmas. My child was playing Roblox and twice the system just shutdown out of the blue. It has only been setup less than 24 hours. Is this a common issue? What could cause this issue? Is there a fix?

    • Answer My son has been gaming since christmas day without an issue. Have you checked that the connection to the wall is good? Sometimes the AC plug is not all the way in and the slightest touch can power it down

  • QuestionWhy is it that sometimes my fans make a really loud noise when it restarts?

    • Answer this isnt really answering your question but i have this pc and it does the same thing to me! when i t starts up the fans make a loud noise for like a second and then it will stop but if i open up a game the loud sound will stay going on until i exit out of the game. I think one of the fans has a loose bearing but i could be wrong

  • QuestionThis was a Christmas present for my son. After attempting to use this PC yesterday, we are unable to do anything. The Windows 10 has not been activated. We are unable to download Steam to play games. Is this because Windows is not activated?

  • QuestionI just purchased this for my son. We can not get it to connect to the network? We have tried EVERYTHING! What are we doing wrong?

    • Answer I bought one as a Christmas gift for my son and then returned it the day after Christmas. It took an hour or so to get it connected and after it worked for 2 hours it stopped connecting to the monitor. No matter what we tried it wouldn’t work anymore. The reviews before we bought it were good, but reviews since had a lot of the same problems. After we returned it in the store we purchased a MSI gaming desktop computer that has twice as much power and is supposed to be a better quality gaming computer. They’re out of stock in the store, but it should arrive on the 30th so we’ll pick it up then. Side note: I had the first computer shipped to our house & apparently that’s a big mistake because we were told by the store that UPS doesn’t handle it as gently as if you have it sent from the Best Buy distribution center directly to the Best Buy store and then pick it up yourself. We didn’t make that mistake this time.
