On rear left panel unscrew two black screws and remove panel. In middle are 3 ports that wires may need reconnecting. Pictures indicate the order of connection. C button on top of computer controls the LEDs. We had to call and tech did video conference to show us. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would make sure all of the cords are plugged in first and then follow every direction step by step. Make sure you’re pressing the power on the bottom and the power on the top. Mine came on automatically but that’s the only thing I can think of.
