“I also got this for my son for Xmas. How do the fan lights come on? If the “C” button on top is on/off button, it doesn’t work. Box did not have a user manual. YouTube video shows different model has a remote control for lights. Someone please answer!!”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Take off the back panel. Follow the wires for the fan lights to a “3 prong” plug and connect system to other wires. Make sure all three sets are plugged in and this will fix the light issue
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fan lights should come on on its own when started up. Did you make sure all of the cords were plugged in before turning on? I got this yesterday and after following all of the directions they came on when turned on. I also don’t believe this model comes with a remote as I didn’t find one either. I know you said it didn’t come with a manual, I would try to look one up online.
