QuestionDoes anyone else have the same issue where the pc locks up and the screen shuts off? I recently bought mine and after a little over a week, it started doing this. I checked the graphics card and it's fine, so is it the power supply instead? Help!

- Answer I've also had the same issue where my screen will just shut off randomly - sometimes in the middle of a game, sometimes on a Zoom call, sometimes watching a movie/YT video. The system then opens up the BIOS mode, where no changes can be saved, and the cycle repeats. Hard restart is required to get system back to normal, but I never know when it's just going to shut off randomly again. Super disappointed with such a stupid issue at this price point. I guess it's the price I pay for trying to get into the PC world as a beginner and not doing more due diligence.

- Answer No product key needed. Just check and run windows updates and it should work.

- Answer Check your GPU drivers mine does this as well, the AMG software will some how get deleted and you have to reinstall

QuestionCan you connect a wireless headset and be able to hear sound and talk? I’m currently unable to connect a headset wired and both talk and get sound I have to either have no sound and talk or get sound and can’t talk. If I connect to a controller it works.

QuestionI picked one of these up and the bluetooth absolutely refuses to work with any device I try to use. It took forever for this PC to discover my airpods, and when it did there was no sound, and the airpods would disconnect after about a minute. Why?

- Answer This is not a question to be posted on best buy but a question for google. Open up the PC, find what model mobo and start google searching. The alternative is to buy a $10 USB Bluetooth dongle.
