Yes it does, although it is very close to the top power plug for the motherboard. For reference, the H150i Capellix works with the ASUS Prime Z490-V

The worst-case scenario may be removing one of the 3 120mm fans to allow more space clearance between the radiator and the mobo power connector. I guess another solution maybe installing the radiator under the case and the fans above the case, it will compromise the air flow a little bit but should be working fine. We'll see how it goes.
