In order for windows 7 to be installed you would need to purchase windows 7 from windows as the machine comes preinstalled with windows 8 but not to fear if you like the layout of windows 7 then if you by chance have Geeksquad tech support then I would just take the machine in once you purchase it and they can change the layout of windows 8 to have the same layout of windows 7 with the start button etc if you dont have tech support they can also do this for you but it wont be free. I would see about going in store and talking with a manager to see if they can set you up for free if you purchase the machine there (setup as in windows 8 layout to look like windows 7) its really up to the bestbuy manager to decide if they wish to do this or not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They currently do not manufacture computer with the Windows 7 Operating System anymore. What you may be able to do is purchase a new hard drive and install windows 7 on that!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not for the systems that are pre-built.
