With the way this PC is set up, you could have it running, and hear the sound of a pin dropping over the fans. As for the games, they should be able to run on this PC. I recommend going to a lower graphics setting and slowly working your way up to a comfortable spot for you.

Unfortunately this model will have trouble running the games mentioned on anything but low.
