Can it run two monitors, yes & no. I am running it on one 24" monitor and one 55" TV. Works great, it only has one DVI so the second monitor ( or TV) has to run on HDMI or VGA. Sorry I don't edit video so I have no idea. It does not come with Office preinstalled just the trial. But that is pretty standard these days.
