A: This PC can be upgraded. The memory is expandable, more storage can be added and a new GPU can replace the current one. The CPU however has a limited upgradability.
Q: This item seems to be discontinued. Is that true?

A: Can it run two monitors, yes & no. I am running it on one 24" monitor and one 55" TV. Works great, it only has one DVI so the second monitor ( or TV) has to run on HDMI or VGA. Sorry I don't edit video so I have no idea. It does not come with Office preinstalled just the trial. But that is pretty standard these days.
Q: Does this computer have a disc tray? I am looking at the picture and not seeing the outline of it.
