• I think you can use Photoshop on this computer. When I bought it I told the sales person I wanted one that I can do my photos on. Haven't loaded it yet though, but did load Paint.net and that works fine.

• Yes, and more! I use this on my 3d work which requires a lot of ram and performance. This tower handled it all so far! Go for it, and buy yourself a 4k or 5K screen monitor to get the most out of using photoshop!
