BestBuy's product page for this model lists the number of drive bays and open slots/ports on the motherboard under specifications. The Intel Z170 chipset motherboard in this model PC will support a maximum of 64GB DDR4 RAM. 2x 8GB will be using 2 of the 4 slots.
