Q: Can the internal red light be turned off?
A: Unfortunately the red light is part of the tower fans. So if you wanted to change the lights you have to actually change the fans.

A: Most likely, as they are 'mass produced' by CyberPower, but I suggest you read all the details relative to processor, hard drive capacity,etc to make sure it is apples to apples on comparison. Also be aware if you purchase Geek Squad, that Best Buy will not send your computer out to get 'fixed' if anything goes wrong, they will replace it which makes all you had on the computer disappear
