Can the internal red light be turned off? null

Unfortunately the red light is part of the tower fans. So if you wanted to change the lights you have to actually change the fans.

The red LED lighting in built into the case fans. The LED will continue to illuminate as long as the PC is powered on. You would need to replace the 120mm red LED case fans with ones that don't have a built in LED light.
