A:Answer I have not played WoW or Fortnite myself, however, this PC should easily be able to run both of those maxed out at 1920x1080 resolution with 144+ FPS (if the games allow 144 FPS). Checking the system requirements for those games, I suspect the PC can run both of those games at the same time maxed out with 144 FPS at that resolution if you really wanted to do that.
It could probably run those games at 4k resolution comfortably too, however, I have yet to try running anything 4k myself as I still use 1920x1080 monitors.
So far with 1920x1080 resolution, the only games I recall this PC struggling with at max settings are GTA5 in forested areas and Ghost Recon Wildlands in the more densely forested regions. By struggling I mean hovering at around 45 FPS, which is still playable. In both those cases, lowering the shadow quality helps improve the framerate and the games still look fine visually.
