Questionplastic film on the inside what do you doThe computer has some plastic film on the side right under the two plastic pieces that let you see inside the computer. Should I take the side off and remove the film?

- Answer I have no complaints with the keyboard or the mouse. You do get the ones in the product picture. Both are Cyberpower gaming products. However they are not wireless, both are wired. You could probably look up gaming mouse/keyboard by cyberpowerPC on google or amazon and check out the reviews from there. They are the black and red set pictured. Hope this helps.

- Answer No, you can wipe the hard drive and buy Windows 7 and install but it's a waste of time and money. if it's for personal use just learn Windows 10. They made is specifically for people who wanted Windows 7 when 8 came out.

- Answer I had to download and install Steam myself. You get a pretty clean PC out of the box, so you will most likely have to add a lot of your own programs and apps.

- Answer Yes, the PC is pre-built. You will not have to build anything yourself, although for this specific one, there is no built in bluetooth or Wifi. It comes with adaptors for that, which is easy to install yourself. It is a nice little PC, especially for gaming or videos. Keep in mind, it does not come with it's own monitor or speakers/mic or cam (Which is something you could get on a monitor, or buy all separately from each other).

QuestionDoes this desktop computer have a dedicated sound card ?I am in the deciding mode if this computer has a dedicated sound card , if it has a dedicated sound card then I would buy it asap . this is a very simple answer. there isn't a picture of the back of the desktop computer. If there was a picture back of the desktop computer , I won't have to asked this silly question at all. If i can just see the back of the desktop i would know if the sound card is vertical which mean the desktop has a integrated sound card . but if the sound card is horizontal, it mean the computer has a dedicated sound card. Can someone add a picture of what the back of the desktop look like ?

- Answer It runs csgo at 70fps normally but with high settings it runs it at 50 fps and bf4 I ran it at solid 67 fps

- Answer The Windows 10 that came installed on my PC was Windows 10 Home. Although I'm having issues with Activation. For some reason the product key that was installed doesn't work, and they don't give you anything but the disk in a sleeve with no product key. Still in the process of figuring it out.

- Answer I have a few mods for minecraft installed, and I don't have any problems running the game with them.... However, things are always a bit laggy if you are on major multiplayer servers. Also, it could depend on the mods themselves, causing minecraft single player lag or crashes. It is a good PC for minecraft play in my opinion, but like I said, I don't have TONS of mods.... just a handful.
