“Does it come with steam pre- installed or do you have to download it when you get it”

• I had to download and install Steam myself. You get a pretty clean PC out of the box, so you will most likely have to add a lot of your own programs and apps.

• Cyber power has no affiliation with steam so no you will have to spend 5 mins and download it once you get it. Also even if it did you would still need to update cuz it would probably come with an old version of steam
