• Yes, the PC is pre-built. You will not have to build anything yourself, although for this specific one, there is no built in bluetooth or Wifi. It comes with adaptors for that, which is easy to install yourself. It is a nice little PC, especially for gaming or videos. Keep in mind, it does not come with it's own monitor or speakers/mic or cam (Which is something you could get on a monitor, or buy all separately from each other).

• Yes it will be completely built when it's shipped to your house but read my review before purchase if you haven't already
