Q: QuestionWe just bought this for our son and the little fans under the CPU come on for a few seconds and then turn off. Everything is connected tightly and nothing is unplugged. Is this normal? Do they come on only when needed or should they be on all the time?

• A:Answer You answered your own question. The CPU fan will automatically switch on and off as needed to keep the CPU within acceptable operating temperature. So if nothing is being done, it might stay off for extended periods, but if playing a very demanding game, it might stay on continuously.

• A:Answer All computers for sale at big box stores like Best Buy will be prebuilt and ready to go out of the box. You just have to plug it in and connect the keyboard, mouse, and internet. You might have to create a Microsoft account for best use, and you will have to go through an update process (once a PC is built, it sits in the box, sometimes for months, before being sold, during which, of course, there is no way to receive any operating system updates MS may create.

Q: QuestionThe CPU cooler appears to partially cover the RAM slots in some of the customer images. Would I be able to utilize all 4 RAM slots with that CPU cooler or will I need to change the CPU cooler in order to utilize 4 RAM slots? Is there enough room for RAM

• A:Answer well that really depends and you and your needs tbh. It can last pretty long if you take care of it or add upgraded parts into it. The last one i had from cyber power lasted me for 4 years (still works btw i just bought me this one instead of just getting a new cpu for what I needed it to do for longevity) and yes *there's a warranty if you purchase it otherwise you won't be covered or have to deal with cyberpower directly if anything were to happen.
