Thanks for reaching out Dillion. It is your own personal preference. The Intel i7 are slightly better, however the Ryzen 7's are almost the same performance for a lower price. The RTX 2070 is slightly better than GTx 1070Ti. Your FPS is dependent on your settings and connection.
