Is this a liquid cooled system? null

No this system has a fan and also a cooling fan on the cpu. I suppose one could buy a liquid cooling kit to go with this but this pc doesn't really need one unless you are going to overclock it or run some intensive games that generate a lot of heat and energy.

NO, it does not come with liquid cooling. It is designed so you can easily add liquid cooling, and perform other mods without voiding the warranty. Plenty of room to work and modify.
