QuestionI picked up this computer last night from Best Buy, took it home, unplugged current computer and plugged all cords into this one and all I get on monitor is NO SIGNAL. What is causing this issue and should I take it back to Best Buy today for check?

- Answer This happened to me as well... As far as I could tell, the graphics card or the RAM want seated properly. I didn't want to good The warrantee, so I took it right back and best buy ordered a new one. This was very frustrating and took two weeks to correct, but now I have my computer and I couldn't be happier with the performance. Your quotes was posted a while ago, so I'm sure you already resolved the issue... I'm posting this in case anyone has a similar problem.

- Answer Xxxtentiscionjk, This system, in it's current configuration, which is subject to change, comes with a 500W CybertronPC power supply and an ASRock H110M motherboard. As for intense gaming, it will depend entirely on what resolution and settings you are looking to game at. This will be the perfect build for a system running at 1080P, but if you're looking to run at higher resolutions, we'd recommend looking into some of our Palladium's with more RAM and even faster video cards. QuestionDoes this desktop come with a physical copy of Windows 10? I want to add a SSD and install the OS on that hard drive for fast boot time.

- Answer Maystar, Microsoft does not produce physical media for Windows 10, so it does not come with a physical copy. You can, however, utilize the Windows Media Creation Tool to create a disc or flash drive. With that, you could re-install the operating system on the SSD and utilize the product key that is provided with the system. Thank you,
