- Answer Christopher, Microsoft has elected with Windows 10 to move away from physical media, so the system does not come with a physical copy. However, Microsoft has made the image available through their website for all re installation/repair needs. Thank you,

- Answer Toast, The system does fully support adding more RAM, but in the current configuration, all available slots are full, so you would need to swap out all the RAM for higher capacity dimms. Thank you,

QuestionI am looking at this model compared to the one with SKU: 5751408. the primary difference that concerns me is this model has 8gb of ddr4 sdram vs 16gb of dd4 ram. which one deliver superior performance?

- Answer The ddr4 ram is going to be a newer type of ram. Will run faster at the same gb as the dd4.
