Will this run arma 3 Altis life over 20 fps? null

Arma is very processor based game. I play it as well. AMD is not the best processor in the world and nothing except AMD FX. Is stated. The GPU is fine as long as you have a GPU which this does it will help arma. THE PROCESSOR is where it counts with arma 3
